When we talk about behaviour change we are talking about it in a wide sense. We know behaviour change is often associated with healthy behaviours, but our focus is wider than that. Behaviour is defined as “manner of behaving or acting” or “the way in which one does something”. So think wider than just health behaviours. Digital technology has already affected our behaviour in many ways. The way we shop, bank and communicate. Even the way we fall in love.
